Welcome to Grub4dos guide Version 1.1 (18th July 2008). The online version of this guide is available here - any new versions will be posted on this site.
Grub4dos it is a Multiboot boot loader, used to select which Operating System to load when multiple Operating Systems have been installed on the system. This guide is aimed at Windows users, but should also be of use to Linux users. All screenshots and commands are taken from Grub4dos version 0.4.3 (build 2008-03-14).
This guide is dedicated to Jaclaz, without whose help it would not have been completed. As Jaclaz was responsible for getting me started with Grub4dos, I sent him my first draft with a request for his input. He replied by sending me a "few notes" (14 pages), with his permission they were incorporated into this guide.
